As a pilot, I travel the world and stay at many, many hotels. By far, this has to be one of the best airport hotels I've had the joy of staying in. I wish I could recall all the names of the staff by name, but I cannot. That said, from the security guard assisting my mother up and down the stairs, to the bellhops, the front desk staff, housecleaning, and entire restaurant staff, cooks and all, there was not one employee who I thought was not meeting or exceeding expectations. The hotel indoor climate is exceptional. The decor was exceptional. Lighting is exceptional. The facilities in and outside of the room were exceptional. HVAC cooled the room nicely, and glass was thick to prevent noise. Water was hot and had great pressure in the shower. I even used their laundry service and the clothes were so nicely cleaned and folded. All-around, when I return to Mumbai in the future, I will stay at this Novotel.

The Front Desk Staff at Novotel was very courteous and cooperative from checking in to check out. It was nice of Ms Anju to upgrade our stay to "BF included" though the booking was without BF. Breakfast spread was really good. Dishes were diverse, tasty and remained hot throughout.Appreciate their reaching a complementary birthday cake to our room for my son whose birthday fell during our stay there. An early checkin was a bonus too. Property's proximity to the Mumbai Airport is a real convenience. Having enjoyed Accor hospitality in different countries in Asia, Africa and Europe, I can vouch that this one was as comfortable as anywhere else!

After a challenging trek in Nepal, I spent 2 nights at the Novotel. The services are excellent. I was able to get my clothes cleaned from the hotel, have a late dinner from room services, and also use the amazing gym center. The rooms are excellent, and I particularly love the fact that they don't use single-use shampoo and soap, which is environmentally friendly. The friendly reception staff welcomed me warmly upon my arrival. Imran deserves recognition for making sure I got the best breakfast and Raul for helping me with my bill. Also Ritwika, Shraddha, Salik and Anchal were really helpuful. Last but not least, the restaurant's chef ensures that their guests receive a fantastic breakfast.

The hotel location is excellent. The Mumbai airport Terminal 2 is visible from the room and barely a 10 min drive. The check-in process was smooth. The room was large with a big bathroom. The staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was huge and also started at 6.30 am (unlike many which start at 7 am). All in all, a very good experience.

Room and location of the hotel were very nice. staff was very friendly and food was good. i used the rooftop bar, the gym, the spa(exceptional - My masseuse was a lady called Nikita, she was professional and very good at her job), cafe and restaurant. everything met expectations.

Excellent staff: friendly and open for feedback! Nice room, very good restaurant and nice swimming pool and gym. Also location is for me excellent since most of my clients are located around Kurla Road. Also close to airport (less than 10 minutes driving).

I loved the price of the room, the quality of the bathroom (rain shower and large soaking tub), the beds were extremely comfortable, the view of the city and metro was incredible, and the rooftop bar and pool were a great touch. We stayed here one night before taking a flight out of Mumbai, but I will definitely plan to come here again when I travel. The room service meals were also great.

Beautiful hotel, good food and convenient location close to the airport. But above all want to thank Shiv from the breakfast staff who went out of his way to get us the Indian remedy against stomach problems for breakfast after I indicated I had been unwell. When we had to rush off to catch the plane he even ensured it was ready in a to go bag to take in the taxi. So kind, Novotel is lucky with an employee like Shiv!
