Accor is usually a safe brand to book and we weren't disappointed. We had a relaxing two nights here before a flight. Super clean room, comfy and huge bed, nice pool, great shower. We took a late upgrade too so had a massive suite plus free cocktails and snacks in the evenings - a very good decision! What made our stay were the lovely staff, cleaners, reception, chefs, waiters, everyone was friendly and professional. Special mention to Sanket who served our drinks in the evenings 👍👌Re location, we took a taxi tour of Mumbai - goot picked up from the hotel - and city centre accessibility will soon become even easier when the new metro fully opens. Oh, we also had a little Xmas stocking hanging on our room door handle 🙏💙

The breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options that I thoroughly enjoyed. The level of service provided during breafast time exceptional, and I found the staff care given during having the breakfast to be the best among all the hotels I've visited in Mumbai. I want to extend my gratitude to Anju for her outstanding support. She is truly the best staff member at the hotel, demonstrating exceptional skills in handling guests. Anju was adept at addressing any concerns or complaints and ensuring that guests were happy and content. Thanks to her efforts, our stay was memorable because of her, and I appreciate the care and attention she provided.

It was a bumpy start. After messages indicating that I'd be arriving in the early hours of the 22nd, I'd hoped that a room would be kept or that I'd be informed that a room was not available at that hour. I was too tired to get the reception clerks name but he was polite and promised me a room soon. It took a couple of hours, but I was given a room. However, I felt overcharged for the room since it was of a lower grade than my booking, and I was charged the same as my booking. All's well that ends well, and the room was impeccable as always. Missed the lobby decorations this time. I also wish the extra day be credited to my accor account.

The staff was amazing!! Harshita in the Restaurant took good care of us and my family. The Service staff during the breakfast was exceptional and made our stay comfortable. They were well organized, which made it quite an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was really good with a lot of Indian and continental variation with live cooking stations , which was amazing. The restaurant had delicious food and the roof top bar was a good visit too. The rooms are comfy and clean . And the Room service was quick. All in all was a good experience.

Breakfast variety was sufficient for me. Appreciated that almond/oat milk were available. Staff at breakfast were attentive. The room was splendid. Netflix on TV was a bonus. Good pressure and temperature in the shower. Bed was king size and extremely comfortable with big pillows. Had the best sleep in a while. The welcoming snack was a nice surprise together with the personalised letter from the hotel. Housekeeping staff on 8th floor was efficient and polite. Spa offered professional service at a good rate. Gym was adequately equipped.
